Product Returns

MTECC LTD can only accept or be responsible for product returns and deliveries that follow this procedure. We recognise that returns may be made if you no longer require the goods, ordered incorrectly or require a repair of in warranty or out of warranty items. Please note that any/all items deemed special order, such as made-to-order media, customer site coded media and print serial numbered cards cannot be taken back into stock under any circumstances. Special order items can be recognised by part numbers starting with either C26 or T26.

All customers wishing to return product inline with our Terms & Condition of Sale must first seek authorisation by emailing sales@mtecc.co.uk. When sending this email request you must include the original invoice number & date of order & an explanation of why you wish to returning your items. Only after we have received this information can we authorise the return.

Please note, a handling charge of 15% will apply for unwanted goods being returned for credit or refund, there is no charge for exchange of goods. After authorisation you must re-package the goods and return them to the advised returns point below:
