As a business to business (B2B) supplier we hold the minimum amount of data necessary to service Trade Credit Account and Trade Web Shop customers. Trade Credit Account and Trade Web Shop customers who provide email contact details are automatically included in our email marketing database in order to inform and service our trading relationship. This information is further required in order to acknowledge orders, provide order delivery details and submit electronic invoices. Prospective Credit Account customers will be asked to provide a completed credit account application form and this data may be used for credit checking purposes.
EMAIL MARKETING
Our email marketing database is used to inform our existing and opt-in B2B customers of products, services and offers that MTECC LTD would wish to share. As of the 25th May 2018 we only hold and use the following customer email information for email marketing use:
1) Trade Credit Account customers
2) Trade Web Shop historical customers
3) Trade customers who opted in by the web form on our website
4) Trade contacts who opted in before the 25th May 2018 by email campaign
In all cases it is possible to unsubscribe from all email marketing at any time. This can be done by one-click unsubscribing direct from any email marketing delivery or by sending us a message on our contact page.
