Normally Installer Technical Support is provided free-of-charge for all our access control system products, either through our partners or directly from MTECC LTD. In certain circumstances, a greater involvement from us will be required. This service is provided in 2-hour lots and may be required for the following reasons:
In some cases, you may be asked to email one of the database files to our support email at support@mtecc.co.uk. For remote support analysis, Chrome Remote Desktop, Teamviewer or Microsoft QuickAssist will be required at the local computer. Once your 2-hour support service has started we will advise you accordingly.
